Our Promise 

No Hormones or Antibiotics

Our cattle are antibiotic free and are never given any hormones, steroids, implants or growth stimulants. We allow our animal to mature slowly for optimal tenderness and marbling.  At Bobcat Farms, we only choose the healthiest and genetically superior cattle to enter our herd.

All Natural Diet

Our cattle are raised on a natural diet. They are fed only natural feed and rations, such as pasture grass, hay, grains and legumes, and then finished on a corn-based diet for great tasting beef.

Angus Breed

We use Angus cattle over other breeds because taste is so important.  By selecting superior Angus genetics we continue to produce a superior tasting product.  The Angus breed is known for its superior marbling, juiciness, tenderness and flavor. 

Dry Aged

Our beef is harvested and aged for 21 days, the "old-fashioned" way.  Dry aging beef is natural unlike most grocery store beef that is kryo-packed with artificial tenderizers and additives.  Your beef will be custom cut and vacuum sealed under a Bobcat Farms label.   We will cut and package your beef to fit your families needs and tastes.
